Church attendance is conspicuously low throughout the United States, regardless of denomination or race. Belief in God, and even more so the desire to be aligned with a local Church is alarmingly low. We must accept that we are the reason for this drop in membership. We have not changed with the times but are still having Church service the same way, the same days/times and following the same format.
I am now leveraging over 26 years of experience to assist Churches transform into a customer-centric Church that is able to reach new members while keeping the ones they currently have. Using interactive and collaborative workshops, ideation sessions and customer based planning tools and techniques, I will guide Church leaders and members on how to strive (and survive) in this ever-changing and difficult era

Meet Gordon?
I am Gordon
Gordon is an Executive Director at a Fortune 200 ranked Company where he is leading their Agile transformation. Over the last 20 years, Gordon has been working as a consultant assisting Fortune 50-500 organizations change into a more agile customer-centric company. Gordon has been involved in numerous organizational transformation efforts in the Energy, Financial Services, Government, Real Estate, and Banking domains. Through this experience he has become an expert in business agility, customer-centricty and product management, which focuses on how to gain and increase customers. Gordon is now taking this experience and expertise to Churches guiding them on how to grow and keep members in this extremely hard climate for ministry.
As a Pastor, Gordon understands the Great Commission and the great harvest available today. The Church must become customer-centric – our customers are those souls we want to reach for Christ. We must identify our customer, their needs and change our approach to reach them. Churches do not have to change the Gospel nor the ministry God has given them. However, Churches must change how they reach the lost.
I will come to your Church facilitating collaborative exercises which will identify areas of change, develop change strategies, build a tangible roadmap to implement the changes and provide tools to measure the effectiveness of the changes

The problem with witnessing is the witness
Developing new ways to Share the Gospel to those residing within 5 miles of the Church, primarily by meeting their needs, ultimately resulting in an increase in membership. Sharing the Gospel must be done intentionally and consistently by going out into the Community and meeting people where they are. I don’t talk and give you documents to follow. I will come onsite to train the Leadership and Members. Then lead an evangelistic outreach event, going into the community) to validate the effectiveness of what I taught.
