Each Church must identify their specific customers. Each customer is different Church to Church based on the Ministry & the Vision God through His Spirit has given the Church.

The goal of these sessions is to produce actionable strategies and action items that will increase the number of people who visit the Church, Church website, and/or Social Media platforms on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Following these strategies will increase customer engagement but each Church will be responsible for converting the lead (visitor) to a member by having a customer-centric approach once they visit. I will teach you how to become customer-centric.
